Shift handles personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. We collect identifying details, registration numbers, and credential documents to verify that you are eligible to work as a healthcare professional, and to match you with shifts posted by practices.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside the verification, payment, and matching workflows that you consent to during onboarding. To request a copy of your data or to have it removed, contact privacy@shift.health.nz.
